Former NFL Quarterback Peyton Manning teamed up with U.S. Navy SEAL veterans over the weekend to skydive in support of the Navy SEAL Foundation.

ALERT: Americans are getting supersonic air travel – here’s the jet you’ll fly in

The two-time Super Bowl champion jumped with members of the Patriot Parachute Team, a veteran-owned and operated parachute team. Manning shared video of the jump on his Instagram.

The Navy SEAL Foundation is a 501(c)(3) national nonprofit organization that began in 2000 and provides SEALs, Special Warfare Combatant Craft (SWCC) crew members, veterans, and their families with various support programs. The foundation’s support includes programs to reduce stress on the families of deployed service members, grief counseling for the families of fallen service members, scholarship programs for family members and health and physical rehabilitation programs for injured service members.

“I’m honored to be here in support of the Navy SEALs Foundation,” Manning said as he boarded the skydiving plane.

“It’s my first time,” Manning added before admitting, “I’m a little nervous.”

“I feel like I’m in — let me say, I know I’m with some real pros in this, some real experienced guys so I know I’m in good hands,” said Manning, who played for the Indianapolis Colts and then the Denver Broncos.

The Patriots Parachute Team is comprised of Navy SEAL and Naval Special Warfare veterans, and a veteran Air Force pilot who has experience with the Air Force Academy’s Wings of Blue parachute team.

Manning was rocking thumbs up and a big smile as he tandem jumped with one of the parachute team members. Manning even gave a mid-air fist-bump to one of the other members of the parachute team.

“That was incredible, absolutely incredible,” Manning said after landing.

Manning also hugged and thanked the members of the veteran skydiving team.

A video of the skydive Manning shared to his Instagram account included a message from the Navy SEAL Foundation, thanking him for his support.

“Thank you to Peyton Manning and the entire Manning family for supporting the Navy SEAL Foundation,” the message read.

“Jumping for America’s True Heroes,” Manning said in his video caption.

In three days, Manning’s video has garnered more than 8,400 likes and 137 comments.

Fellow NFL Quarterback Tom Brady also previously paired up with the Navy SEAL Foundation, releasing a custom SEAL-themed special pair of custom cleats to fundraise for the foundation.
