Failing comedian Kathy Griffin is finding work hard to come by these days, after she put herself in the national spotlight for “decapitating” President Donald Trump, ISIS-style, and holding up a bloodied fake head made to look like him.

She posted a video to her YouTube channel titled “Kathy Griffin’s State of the Union,” which has garnered more than a half million views since being posted Nov .18.

In the video, Griffin appears with very short hair, and she is begging for work in light of recent events.

At one point in the video, Griffin says: “So I know I took a picture that offended a lot of people, but this wall of crap has never fallen on any woman in the history of America like it has fallen on me.

“I just want you guys to know I’m fully in the middle of a blacklist,” Griffin says at the start of the video. “I’m not booked on any talk shows.”

Griffin says it’s hard to sell tickets for her current tour “when you don’t have any kind of a television platform. And kind of nobody has your back and everyone thinks you’re crazy.”

“When I get home, I do not have a single day of paid work in front of me,” she says, insisting that she would not return to the club scene and do free shows.

“I don’t mean to be an a**hole, but no. I’m not going to do that. I’ve worked way too hard to go back and work for free and do the club scene again,” she says.

“My legal bills are through the roof, obviously. Because I’m doing something I really believe in,” Griffin says.

Griffin begs her audience to have some “compassion,” and she claims she just wants to “bring laughter to people.”
