Law enforcement officials confirmed over the weekend that a brawl “erupted” on Saturday morning inside a Domino’s Pizza location in Glassboro, New Jersey, and led to multiple arrests. As law enforcement officials were making the arrests, two male suspects assaulted a police officer by striking them in the head with a chair.

In a Friday post on Facebook, the Glassboro Police Department announced, “At approximately 2:44 a.m., this morning Officers responded to Domino’s Pizza for a large fight that erupted inside the store.”

The Glassboro Police Department explained that two males picked up a chair and threw it at police officers while they were making multiple arrests inside the Domino’s Pizza location. The department noted that one of the police officers was struck in the back of the head by the chair. One of the suspects was identified as a black male with a gray jacket, while the other suspect was identified as a black male wearing a light blue sweatshirt.

A video shared by Fox News on X, formerly Twitter, shows a crowd of people engaging in a brawl inside the Domino’s Pizza location in Glassboro. Multiple individuals can be seen wearing Halloween costumes, and some individuals can be seen running and pushing through the crowd toward the end of the video.

The video shows two male suspects grabbing a red chair in the restaurant and throwing it out of the view of the video camera. Multiple bystanders can also be seen recording the brawl.

In a Monday update to the Facebook post, the Glassboro Police Department confirmed that officials have identified the two suspects responsible for assaulting a police officer during Saturday morning’s brawl at the Domino’s Pizza location. The Glassboro Police Department noted that a press release would be “made available when feasible.”
