A new report claims that at least six of President Donald Trump’s top administration officials have moved into military housing in the area near Washington, D.C., following repeated threats and security concerns.

The Atlantic reported that at least 6 Trump officials are currently living in military housing instead of in private homes and apartments in D.C. and the surrounding area due to harassment and threats of violence against the officials. The outlet reported that several of Trump’s top cabinet officials have been swatted, faced violent protesters, and been threatened by anti-Trump protesters during the first several months of the president’s second administration.

According to The Atlantic, White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller and his family were moved into military housing after receiving disturbing threats and being confronted with protesters in Arlington.

The Atlantic reported that Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem was forced to relocate to the home traditionally used by the commandant of the U.S. Coast Guard at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling after The Daily Mail described her previous home.

In a previous statement obtained by Fox News, Assistant Secretary of Homeland Security Tricia McLaughlin said, Following the media’s publishing of the location of Secretary Noem’s Washington, DC apartment, she has faced vicious doxxing on the dark web and a surge in death threats, including from the terrorist organizations, cartels, and criminal gangs that DHS targets. Due to threats and security concerns, she has been forced to temporarily stay in secure military housing.”

According to The Atlantic, Secretary of War Pete Hegseth and Secretary of State Marco Rubio are currently both living on “General’s Row” at Fort Lesley J. McNair, which is located near Buzzard Point in D.C. Meanwhile, the outlet noted that Army Secretary Dan Driscoll shares a residence with another senior Army appointee at Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall near Arlington National Cemetery. Additionally, The Post Millennial reported that Navy Secretary John Phelan was recently relocated into military housing after his home was damaged in a fire.

The Atlantic reported that an unidentified senior White House official was also recently relocated to military housing following the assassination of Turning Point USA Founder Charlie Kirk.

According to The Atlantic, while national security and defense officials have previously stayed in military housing, it is unusual for so many top officials to be forced to stay in military housing at the same time. The outlet noted that some top officials are now having difficulty finding military housing, with a former official telling The Atlantic that Director of Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard was unable to move to Fort Lesley J. McNair due to space reasons.
