President Donald Trump criticized both Israel and Iran on Tuesday for violating the ceasefire agreement his administration announced on Monday.

While Trump was preparing to leave for a NATO summit in the Netherlands on Tuesday morning, the president was asked by reporters about Israel and Iran’s alleged violations of the ceasefire agreement. In response, Trump said, “Israel, as soon as we made the deal, they came out and they dropped a load of bombs the likes of which I’ve never seen before. The biggest load that we’ve seen.”

“I’m not happy with Israel. When I say, ‘Okay, you have twelve hours,’ you don’t go out in the first hour and just drop everything you have on them. So I’m not happy with them. I’m not happy with Iran either,” Trump continued. “But I’m really unhappy if Israel’s going out this morning because of one rocket that didn’t land, that was shot, perhaps by mistake, that didn’t land. I’m not happy about that.”

The president added, “We basically have two countries that have been fighting so long and so hard that they don’t know what the f-ck they’re doing.”

In another video, Trump said, “I think they both violated it. I’m not sure they did it intentionally.” The president added, “I don’t like the fact that Israel went out this morning at all, and I’m going to see if I can stop it.”

CNN reported that a White House source confirmed Trump spoke with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Tuesday and was “exceptionally firm and direct.”

Following the president’s conversation with Netanyahu on Monday morning, Trump released a statement on Truth Social claiming that Israel was “not going to attack Iran.”

“All planes will turn around and head home, while doing a friendly ‘Plane Wave’ to Iran. Nobody will be hurt, the Ceasefire is in effect,” Trump said. “Thank you for your attention to this matter!”

In a previous statement on Truth Social, Trump publicly warned Israel not to drop additional bombs on Iran and emphasized that if Israel dropped the bombs on Iran, it would be a “MAJOR VIOLATION” of the ceasefire agreement. Trump added, “BRING YOUR PILOTS HOME, NOW!”

According to The Daily Wire, Iran fired seven barrages of missiles against Israel overnight, and one of the missiles killed four civilians in Be-er Sheva. Additionally, a statement from Netanyahu’s office explained that just hours before the ceasefire went into effect at 7 a.m., Israel “attacked forcefully in the heart of Tehran, hitting regime targets and killing hundreds of Basij and Iranian security forces.”

Netanyahu’s office also claimed that Iran launched a missile against Israel at 7:06 a.m. on Tuesday and two missiles at 10:25 a.m. While the missiles were intercepted, Netanyahu’s office said Israel responded by destroying an Iranian radar array located near Tehran.
