A Chinese-led coalition is working relentlessly to dismantle the pro-democratic worldview, threatening the foundations of global freedom, democracy, and the rule of law. Our adversaries are advancing rapidly, engaging in warfare in various theaters, from economic to maritime, modernizing their forces and eroding American influence abroad.
