After nearly two hundred phone calls, he threatened to kill her with a syringe. This is why the Carabinieri of the Rome La Storta station have arrested a 25-year-old from Rome, already known to the police, seriously suspected of the crimes of family abuse and stalking against his pregnant ex-partner.
Following a report to 112 by a pregnant woman, the Carabinieri intervened in via della Storta where the victim, visibly shaken, told the military that her ex-partner, after contacting her 194 times to try to clarify their relationship, had threatened her with death with a syringe inside her car.
Having gathered elements considered sufficiently serious to proceed with the arrest, the Carabinieri, in agreement with the Public Prosecutor’s Office, stopped the young man and took him to the Regina Coeli prison. The Court of Rome subsequently validated the arrest and ordered his detention in prison.
