A video shared by the Heritage Foundation Oversight Project allegedly shows non-citizens admitting they are registered to vote in Arizona, which is expected to be a critical swing state in the 2024 presidential election.
On Thursday, the Heritage Foundation Oversight Project shared a video on X, formerly Twitter, saying, “Footage obtained by @realmuckraker shows that at one apartment complex in Phoenix, AZ, 6 non-citizens admitted to being registered to vote. Non-citizens expressed support for Kamala Harris, and some plan to vote.”
In the video, multiple non-citizens from the same Arizona apartment complex can be heard admitting that they are registered to vote in the 2024 election. In response to an undercover journalist asking if she was registered to vote, one woman, who explained that she was not a U.S. citizen, answered, “Yes, we’re already registered.”

Another resident said he was still “waiting” for his residency and was not an American citizen but was registered to vote. He told the undercover journalist that he registered “in the place of assistance where they help the Hispanics when we come here. I marked yes so I could vote, but if you wish, you could register me.” The resident, who said he was originally from Cuba, indicated that he preferred the vice president over the former president.
A third resident claimed that the apartment complex primarily housed non-citizen residents, telling the undercover journalist, “There’s not a single citizen here.” While the resident claimed that prices would continue to rise under a Harris administration, he said, “Trump says he’ll start deporting people on the first day” and indicated that he preferred Harris because she “is with the community.”
The Heritage Foundation Oversight Project noted that Arizona was a “highly contested” swing state in the 2020 presidential election and was decided by less than 11,000 votes. The organization warned that the non-citizens interviewed in the video claimed to have been registered at work, at grocery stores, and by people who came to the apartment complex.
“We attempted to locate these individuals on AZ voter rolls and were unable to find them,” the Heritage Foundation Oversight Project added. “Non-citizens have shoddy address history records and often use fake documents and names. It is unclear exactly what information these individuals gave when registering to vote.”
Addressing the issue of non-citizens voting in the 2024 election, Mike Howell, Heritage Foundation Oversight Project’s executive director, told The Daily Wire, “It is obvious to me and other reasonable Americans that the left has decided that the only way they can maintain power is through illegal votes. If they have any interest in legitimacy, they need to immediately abandon this anti-American strategy.”
