NEW YORK — Madonna is being sued by concertgoers claiming the pop icon forced them to watch “sexual acts.”

The “Like a Virgin” singer, 65, was sued Wednesday by Justen Lipeles for negligent misrepresentation, intentional infliction of emotional distress, false advertising, and breach of written contract during her March 7 show at Los Angeles’ Kia Forum, according to court documents obtained by Entertainment Tonight.

Lipeless, who brought his 11-year-old sister to the show, claims the Grammy winner subjected the Celebration Tour crowd to “topless women on stage simulating sex acts,” which he dubbed “pornography without warning,” including per the outlet.

Lawyers for Lipeless, who are “slightly amending the complaint,” said in a statement to the outlet that his sister was “shocked” during the concert and there was “absolutely no warning to anyone who is offended by this type of content.”

“Imagine taking your 11-year-old daughter to a pop concert,” read the statement. “When in the middle of the concert, the women on stage remove their tops and are completely topless. They then begin to act out sexual situations including cunnilingus, and digital penetration amongst other pornographic type situations.”

Lipeless, who also sued Live Nation and four California venues, also claimed he became ill due to the intense heat after Madonna ordered the venue to turn off the air conditioning. His suit also accused Madonna of lip-syncing after starting the performance over an hour later than advertised.

“People were physically in discomfort and sweating like crazy,” read the statement to ET. “In other words, people paid thousands of dollars to sit and suffer while watching live porn, including kids, with no warning.”

The suit comes nearly a year after Madonna was forced to postpone the tour — which eventually started in October — when a bacterial infection landed her in the ICU. She revealed late last year that she’d been put into a 48-hour medically induced coma as a result.

Two of Madonna’s New York fans sued her in December over the late start time of her Barclays Center show. In April, the pop star filed to dismiss the suit.
