Kanye West’s former personal assistant is suing the embattled rapper for alleged sexual harassment and wrongful termination.
Lauren Pisciotta is also suing the 46-year-old Grammy winner, who these days goes by “Ye,” for breach of contract and hostile work environment, according to TMZ.
Pisciotta says she met the “Heartless” rapper when he was working on his Yeezy fashion line, and she was hired in summer 2021, leading to their collaboration on three of the tracks for that year’s “Donda” album.
Pisciotta claimed that she was raking in $1 million a year as an OnlyFans model. Ye asked her to give that up in 2022 and offered to pay her $1 million a year to make up the lost income if she agreed, which she said she did.
It wasn’t long before Pisciotta claims things took a turn, with Ye being sexually explicit in text messages and masturbating while on the phone to her. West allegedly also sent sexual photos and videos to Pisciotta, including at least two clips of the rapper having sex, per the outlet.
TMZ reports that one text allegedly read, “See my problem is I be wanting to f— but then after I f— I want a girl to tell me how hard they been f—ed while I’m f—ing them. Then I want her to cheat on me.”
West — whose career has faded from the mainstream in the wake of many antisemitic screeds — at one point allegedly sent a message saying, “Is my d— racist? It is,” with him proceeding to explicitly detail a predilection.
Pisciotta says she was eventually promoted to chief of staff for his multiple companies, with a $4 million salary, prior to being axed in October 2022. Despite accepting a $3 million severance package, Pisciotta claims she’s never actually received the cash.
The allegations come less than a month after West was abandoned by Yeezy chief of staff Milo Yiannopoulos, amid an apparent mass exodus at the company.
Insiders told TMZ at the time that the 39-year-old former Breitbart editor objected to West’s intent to develop a pornography division he hoped to call Yeezy Porn.
In April, Trevor Phillips, a former Donda Academy employee of West’s, sued him for allegedly wanting to shave the heads of students and lock them in cages. Phillips, whose daughter was also a student at the unaccredited private Christian school, also said West equated himself to Adolf Hitler, “minus the gas chambers.”
