Taylor Swift seems to be the hot topic that a few of the ladies on “The View” are tired of talking about.

The pop superstar, who continues to dominate the zeitgeist leading up to Super Bowl LVIII, got into the crosshairs of the co-hosts on Wednesday’s episode of the long-running daytime talk show.

Self-proclaimed Swiftie and resident conservative Alyssa Farah Griffin brought up the theory that her idol secretly wrote the book “Argylle,” which has been adapted into a movie starring Bryce Dallas Howard, who appeared as a guest on Wednesday’s show.

“Oh my God!” moderator Whoopi Goldberg sighed as she collapsed her body onto the table with an expression of exhaustion, and stayed there for several seconds.

Joy Behar, meanwhile, more pointedly voiced her displeasure that the ubiquitous singer’s name once again came up in discussion. The previous day’s show led with a conversation about how ultra-conservative TV pundits are in a tizzy over Taylor Swift’s political influence leading up to the 2024 presidential election.

“Alright. OK, enough with Taylor Swift,” Behard quipped. “I mean, we love the girl, but, alright.”

While Howard confirmed that the 34-year-old Grammy winner did not author the spy novel credited to Elly Conway, Griffin — who fessed up to her eagerness to bring Swift “into every segment” — isn’t the only one discussing the theory.

“Matthew Vaughn, the director, his daughter heard about this theory about Taylor Swift and rushed into his room and was like, ‘Why did you not tell me that Taylor Swift wrote ‘Argylle,’ dad?” Howard revealed. “And he was like, ‘Hmm, pardon?’ and went online and saw this.”
