A new video shows the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) raiding the home of a U.S. Marine veteran charged in connection with the January 6 Capitol Hill protest. During the raid, the FBI forced the veteran’s pregnant wife and four-year-old child to stand outside in 12-degree weather.
On Friday, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia published a press release announcing that 50-year-old Chris Kuehne had been sentenced for his participation in the swarming of Capitol Hill on January 6, 2021. The veteran, who served for 22 years in the U.S. military, was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Timothy Kelly to prison for 75 days, followed by two years of probation, including a 60-day period of home detention.
The press release stated, “Kuehne pleaded guilty to one count of obstruction of law enforcement during a civil disorder, a felony, on Sept. 7, 2023.”
The Gateway Pundit reported that while Kuehne participated in the events on Capitol Hill, the veteran did not cause harm or damage during the storming of the Capitol. The outlet claimed that Kuehne prevented the theft of government property, picked up trash, encouraged protesters to leave the building, and asked Capitol Police how he could assist them. The Gateway Pundit also claimed that an FBI operative who was embedded in the Kansas City Proud Boys group set him up prior to the events of January 6.

According to The Gateway Pundit, the FBI raided the veteran’s home early in the morning on February 11, 2021. Annette Kuehne, Chris Kuehne’s wife, explained that the FBI ordered the veteran to exit the house immediately.
“Our 4-year-old was awakened from the chaos, and I picked him up and ran downstairs to open the front door. Our house, street and neighboring streets were completely surrounded by armed FBI and law enforcement. It was a scene that we see so many times in the movies, but now it was here at my house,” the veteran’s wife said.
Kuehne’s wife explained that police vehicles were parked all throughout the family’s community and that three armored vehicles surrounded the family’s home.
“I open the door, and for a second, I didn’t realize that there were about twenty FBI SWAT Team members with semi-automatic rifles pointed at my son and I,” she added. “We were covered by the bright red lasers pointed at our faces, chests, and various points on our bodies.”
According to The Gateway Pundit, Kuehne’s pregnant wife and their four-year-old boy were forced to stand outside in the 12-degree Kansas weather during the armed FBI raid. In a video posted on social media, Kuehne’s wife can be seen barefoot holding her child as FBI agents enter the house. The Gateway Pundit reported that Annette Kuehne miscarried their baby the following day.
