A new report claims a Pentagon contractor that has been given more than $5 billion in taxpayer funding by President Joe Biden’s administration is hosting the controversial “Critical Race Theory” author of “White Fragility” as the keynote speaker for an ESG event.

An internal company memo obtained by The Daily Wire shows that the Mitre Corporation is planning to host Robin DiAngelo as the keynote speaker of its “Week of Belonging” event that is scheduled to launch on April 22.

Federal records show that the not-for-profit company has been granted more than three thousand government contracts. Under the Biden administration, the Mitre Corporation has promoted diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs in multiple federal agencies, including the Department of Defense.

“We are thrilled to announce our opening keynote speaker, Robin DiAngelo Ph.D, affiliate associate professor of education at the University of Washington and author of ‘White Fragility: Why It’s So Hard For White People To Talk About Racism’ and ‘Nice Racism: How Progressive White People Perpetuate Racial Harm,'” the Mitre Corporation memo states. “She will join us in a fireside chat to discuss the skills needed to be effective stewards and overcome challenges to creating the impact we want to see.”

USA Spending records reveal that the Mitre Corporation is expected to receive almost $13 million in federal contracts related to “health equity” and DEI by the end of Biden’s four-year term. According to The Daily Wire, the Biden administration has used contracts with the Mitre Corporation and other organizations to implement the president’s executive order that promotes DEI policies in the federal government.

The Daily Wire reported that DiAngelo’s keynote speech is currently scheduled for the Mitre Company’s third annual “Week of Belonging.” This year’s event is expected to address the environmental, social, and governance (ESG) model of “sustainable solutions.” In the internal company memo, the Mitre Corporation applauded DiAngelo for establishing the term “white fragility” and encouraged company employees to participate in sponsored book clubs centered around the controversial author’s various works.

“In honor of DiAngelo’s keynote engagement, MITRE’s [inclusion and diversity] team will sponsor 10 book clubs across the organization, reading either White Fragility or Nice Racism,” the memo states. The memo also explained that company book club hosts “will receive five labor hours to host the book club.”
