Tiffany Haddish has pleaded not guilty for allegedly driving drunk last month — her second such charge in under two years.

The “Girls Trip” star, 44, entered a “not guilty” plea during her arraignment Wednesday in Los Angeles, reports TMZ.

The comedian was charged over Thanksgiving weekend with driving under the influence, as well as driving with a blood alcohol concentration of .08% or higher, after she allegedly fell asleep in a parked but running Tesla in Beverly Hills. No injuries were reported in the incident.

In the wake of her arrest, Haddish told Entertainment Tonight that she would “get some help so I can learn balance and boundaries,” and so that another incident “will never happen again.”

That promise came on the heels of Haddish making light of the ordeal the day after it happened.

In response to an audience member at Long Beach’s Laugh Factory asking about “last night,” Haddish said her prayers for a man in uniform were answered, per a recording released by TMZ.

Earlier this month, Haddish was scheduled to appear for a since-postponed court date relating to a January 2022 arrest in Georgia, for which she also pleaded not guilty.

At the time, Haddish was arrested in Peachtree City for a suspected DUI and improper stopping on a roadway. Authorities had been alerted to a driver who’d allegedly fallen asleep at the wheel on Highway 74 in the middle of the night.

She has since accused the Peachtree City cops of conducting an unlawful search of her car and has requested the result of her blood test be excluded from the evidence.

While guest hosting “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” in April of that year, Haddish quipped that she “did get charged with a DUI, which stand[s] for Dumb Unfortunate Incidents.”
