Westgate Resorts is giving 1,000 military families a free Central Florida vacation during the first weekend of December.
The 12th annual Westgate Salutes Military Weekend serves as a way to honor the dedication of active-duty U.S. military members, veterans and Gold Star families. Now through Oct. 10, eligible families can enter the giveaway by visiting WestgateSalutes.com.
At the end of October, 1,000 families will be randomly selected and emailed to confirm their reservation. The event, scheduled for Dec. 1-3 at Westgate Vacation Villas Resort and Westgate Town Center Resort, will feature live music, family-friendly activities, patriotic displays and more.
“As a military veteran, I am deeply honored to extend a warm welcome and provide a weekend of well-deserved pampering for these incredible American heroes,” said David Siegel, president and CEO of Westgate Resorts, in a news release. “Against the backdrop of great music, beautiful weather, and unwavering patriotism, we recognize the significance of quality family time for those currently serving and those who have selflessly defended our nation.”
Westgate Resorts has already provided over 26,000 complimentary vacations in recent years through this initiative.
