Popular bodybuilder dies suddenly at 30

Popular German bodybuilding influencer Jo Lindner, widely recognized as “Joesthetics,” passed away at the age of 30 due to an aneurysm, according to his girlfriend Nicham.

Nicham disclosed the tragic news on Instagram, recollecting their last moments together.

“I was there with him in the room.. he put on the necklace in my neck that he made for me .. than ..we was just lay down cuddle,” she shared. “He was in my arms.. than this is just happening too fast.. 3 days ago he kept said that he pain his neck .. we not really realize it… until it too late.”

With over 10 million followers on various platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and Facebook, Lindner had significant influence on social media.

In his final Instagram post, the fitness enthusiast issued a warning against the potential long-term effects of steroid use.

“When I lost my gains because I went off everything for 1 year but then could not recover my own test [testosterone] levels so went back on trt [testosterone replacement therapy]. Trust me I tried to stop but be aware it might have long term effects for your life. Trt is a big commitment keep that in mind,” he wrote, warning his followers of the potential dangers of steroids and advocating for natural fitness and body health.

Reflecting on his past in a recent interview with fellow bodybuilder Bradley Martyn, Lindner disclosed his previous steroid usage, revealing some of his past health-related choices.

“I’ve tried different dosages, like the highest test[osterone] that I ever ran was 750 [mg per week],” he said. “The craziest cycle that I probably did was … 100 mgs of [Testosterone Propionate] and 100 mgs of tren[bolone] every day.”

According to Science Direct, Trenbolone is a muscle-enhancing drug typically used on livestock. Lindner also admitted to using human growth hormone and insulin.

Linder’s passing sent shockwaves through the fitness community, leaving his fans and followers mourning the loss of an influential figure. Lindner’s message promoting natural fitness stands as a poignant reminder of the risks associated with non-natural body enhancements.
