Hunter Biden’s lawyer and close adviser, Kevin Morris, was seen smoking a bong Thursday while the president’s son visited his home in Malibu, California.
According to The Daily Mail, Morris was photographed Thursday on his balcony outside his home and appeared to be smoking from a white bong that could be clearly seen from the public street.
While Biden was visiting his lawyer at the time, the photos obtained by The Daily Mail show that he was not with Morris when the pictures were taken of the high-profile lawyer smoking on the balcony.
The identity of the substance Morris was photographed smoking in his bong has not yet been disclosed; however, the use of recreational marijuana is legal in the state of California.
Biden’s lawyer has recently been labeled the “sugar brother” of the president’s son. As a wealthy lawyer, Morris has reportedly let Biden use his private jet, helped Biden write a book and has loaned Biden $2.8 million in financial support to pay his tax debts.
The photos of Biden’s lawyer smoking a bong in view of the public could recall flashbacks of Biden’s photos and videos of his excessive use of drugs such as cocaine that were documented on the infamous Hunter Biden laptop.
Currently, Biden faces a criminal charge for lying that he was not an illicit drug user on a federal gun form that was filed in 2018. Biden later acknowledged in a memoir that he struggled as an addict of crack cocaine.

The photos of Biden’s lawyer immediately received criticism from social media users.
Charlie Kirk, Turning Point USA CEO, blasted the president’s son for associating himself with people like Morris, tweeting, “You are the company you keep, and Hunter enjoys the company of prostitutes, corrupt foreign oligarchs, and bong sucking lawyers.”
