The anonymous IRS whistleblower – who revealed details of corruption relating to the Biden family and Hunter Biden – is a “gay Democrat married to a man” with 13 years of experience working as a special agent for the IRS’ Criminal Investigation Division, according to prepared testimony obtained by Fox News Digital.

The whistleblower alleges the Justice Department, FBI and IRS interfered with the Hunter Biden investigation due to “politics.” The whistleblower is expected to disclose his identity on Wednesday while appearing before the House Oversight Committee.

According to his testimony, the whistleblower agreed Hunter Biden “should have been charged with a tax felony, and not only the tax misdemeanor charge.”

He also said various communications “may be a contradiction to what President Biden was saying about not being involved in Hunter’s oversea business dealings.”

The whistleblower is also expected to note prosecutors “did not follow the ordinary process, slow-walked the investigation, and put in place unnecessary approvals and roadblocks from effectively and efficiently investigating the case” on Hunter Biden.

The whistleblower will also likely urge Congress to consider “establishing an official channel for Federal investigators to pull the emergency cord and raise the issue of the appointment of a special counsel for consideration by your senior officials.”

Last month, the testimony of two IRS employees who worked directly on the tax evasion case of Hunter Biden revealed “misconduct and government abuse at the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in the investigation of Hunter Biden.”

“The allegations point to a steady campaign of: unequal treatment of enforcing tax law; Department of Justice (DOJ) interference in the form of delays, divulgences, and denials, into the investigation of tax crimes that may have been committed by the President’s son; and finally, retaliation against IRS employees who blew the whistle on the misconduct,” the House Ways and Means Committee said.
