A high-speed police chase has ended in a standoff after two suspects fled on foot in Broward County, Florida Wednesday afternoon.

Footage shared on Twitter shows Miami-Dade County police pursuing a white sedan on Florida’s turnpike. It is unclear was sparked the pursuit. According to NBC 6, the sedan eventually stopped and two suspects fled on foot.
One of the suspects attempted to escape police by swimming across a canal. The other was surrounded by police in a nearby home.
