On Sunday, former President Donald Trump lamented when FBI agents went “nuts” in 2016 and suggested agents should now show that they “aren’t going to take it anymore” to help keep agency leadership in check.

In a post on his social media platform Truth Social, Trump wrote, “When are the great Agents, and others, in the FBI going to say ‘we aren’t going to take it anymore,’ much as they did when James Comey read off a list of all of Crooked Hillary Clinton’s crimes, only to say that no reasonable prosecutor would prosecute.”
“The wonderful people of the FBI went absolutely ‘nuts,’ so Comey had to backtrack and do a FAKE INVESTIGATION in order to keep them at bay. The end result, we won in 2016 (and did MUCH better in 2020!),” Trump added. “But now the ‘Left’ has lost their minds!!!”
In a separate post, Trump wrote, “FBI, MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!”
The posts were published just days after the Department of Justice (DOJ) released the affidavit behind the search warrant FBI agents used to raid former Trump’s home earlier this month. The affidavit was heavily redacted and, as a result, failed to clarify the DOJ’s justification for the raid.
Trump immediately erupted over the largely blacked-out affidavit.
“Affidavit heavily redacted!!! Nothing mentioned on ‘Nuclear,’ a total public relations subterfuge by the FBI & DOJ, or our close working relationship regarding document turnover – WE GAVE THEM MUCH,” Trump posted on Truth Social.
“Judge Bruce Reinhart should NEVER have allowed the Break-In of my home. He recused himself two months ago from one of my cases based on his animosity and hatred of your favorite President, me,” he continued. “What changed? Why hasn’t he recused himself on this case? Obama must be very proud of him right now!”
“WITCH HUNT!” Trump added in a separate post.
On Monday, Trump also called out the FBI for burying the Hunter Biden laptop story before the 2020 election, which was revealed by Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg on Joe Rogan’s podcast last week.
“So now it comes out, conclusively, that the FBI BURIED THE HUNTER BIDEN LAPTOP STORY BEFORE THE ELECTION knowing that, if they didn’t, ‘Trump would have easily won the 2020 Presidential Election.’ This is massive FRAUD & ELECTION INTERFERENCE at a level never seen before in our Country,” Trump wrote.
“REMEDY: Declare the rightful winner or, and this would be the minimal solution, declare the 2020 Election irreparably compromised and have a new Election, immediately!” he added.
