Although the federal holiday celebrating the founding of our nation falls on a Monday, many businesses will be offering free food and deals all weekend long.
Here is what you need to know about the restaurants and retailers offering freebies and deals for the weekend.
The dates of the exact deals and freebies can vary by location.
Applebee’s: This restaurant chain is offering a deal on two drinks through their $5 Star-Spangled Sips Deal: The All-American Mucho and The Blue Bahama Mama. These cold drinks are available between now and July 4. Kids will also be able to eat free on July 4 at select franchises nationwide. Call your local Applebee’s franchise to check if they are participating in the kids eat free deal.
Auntie Anne’s: Between July 1-4, Auntie Anne’s is offering customers a free cinnamon sugar or original pretzel with the purchase of a Dragon Mango Lemonade. This is deal is only available in the Pretzel Perks App.
Carvel: Buy one junior cup or cone and get one free, if you show a printed movie ticket stub dated between June 20-July 4.
Chili’s: This restaurant chain will be offering a $6 Marg of the Month called “The Bacardi Beach Party Rita.”
Cinnabon: Buy a Classic Roll, MiniBon or Center of the Roll, and get one free by entering the code NOPOPCORN in the company’s rewards app through July 4.
Edible Arrangements: Get 20% off select items for pickup only with the promo code PICKUP20 from July 1-4.
Jamba: Anyone who is part of Jamba’s rewards program can purchase a medium Watermelon Breeze smoothie for $5 through the app and in stores between July 2 to July 4. The smoothie chain is also offering free delivery on those days, if customers spend at least $12 through the app or through online orders.
Krispy Kreme: Krispy Kreme has four special doughnuts to celebrate Fourth of July 2022. Customers who wear red, white and blue also can get a free doughnut of their choice from now through July 4. Additionally, from July 1-4, the doughnut chain will also offer a free Original Glazed dozen with the purchase of a dozen doughnuts at regular price.
Kona Grill: This chain is offering one of their entrees, Tuna & Lobster Poke with Blue Tempura Crunch, for the price of $17.76. The chain is also offering a flight of Red, White, and Blue Margaritas to celebrate Independence Day from July 1-4.
Miller’s Ale House: This chain is offering all members of the military, active or retired, 50% off the entree of their choice with proof of service on July 4.
