A pro-abortion group declared “open season” on pro-life organizations, threatening to increase attacks against “crisis pregnancy centers, as well as the churches, banks, and businesses that support them.” The threats come after the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) issued a new National Terrorism Advisory bulletin warning of “violence” related to “abortion rights.”

In a statement shared June 15 on its newly created blog, the pro-abortion group Jane’s Revenge allegedly threatened to “make it as hard as possible for your campaign of oppression to continue,” referring to pro-life advocates and organizations.

“We have demonstrated in the past month how easy and fun it is to attack. We are versatile, we are mercurial, and we answer to no one but ourselves. We promised to take increasingly drastic measures against oppressive infrastructures,” the statement read. “Rest assured that we will, and those measures may not come in the form of something so easily cleaned up as fire and graffiti.”

“From here forward, any anti-choice group who closes their doors, and stops operating will no longer be a target. But until you do, it’s open season, and we know where your operations are. The infrastructure of the enslavers will not survive. We will never stop, back down, slow down, or retreat,” it continued. “And for the allies of ours who doubt the authenticity of the communiqués and actions: there is a way you can get irrefutable proof that these actions are real. Go do one of your own. You are already one of us. Everyone with the urge to paint, to burn, to cut, to jam: now is the time.”

Jane’s Revenge claimed responsibility for a string of attacks on pro-life organizations and groups in “Madison WI, Ft. Collins CO, Reisertown MA, Olympia WA, Des Moines IA, Lynwood WA, Washington DC, Ashville NC, Buffalo NY, Hollywood FL, Vancouver WA, Frederick MA, Denton TX, Gresham OR, Eugene OR, Portland OR, among others.”

In a message reportedly sent from the group to DSM Street Medics, Jane’s Revenge described one recent attack on the crisis pregnancy center Agape in Des Moines, Iowa, admitting they “broke windows and wrote messages of ‘god loves abortion’ , ‘fake clinic’ , ‘this place is not safe’ , and ‘stop lying.’”

“It was fun and easy,” the group said.

The DHS issued an updated terrorism bulletin last week warning of a “heightened threat environment” related to “abortion rights.”

“Given a high-profile U.S. Supreme Court case about abortion rights, individuals who advocate both for and against abortion have, on public forums, encouraged violence, including against government, religious, and reproductive healthcare personnel and facilities, as well as those with opposing ideologies,” the bulletin stated.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) told the Daily Wire that the bureau is “investigating a series of attacks and threats targeting pregnancy resource centers and faith-based organizations across the country,” but would not comment on specific organizations.

“The FBI takes all threats seriously and we continue to work closely with our law enforcement partners and will remain vigilant to protect our communities,” the FBI said. “We would like to remind members of the public that if they observe anything suspicious or have information about potential threats to report it to law enforcement immediately, call their local FBI field office, or submit a tip to tips.fbi.gov.”
