Former President Donald Trump’s media organization – the Trump Media and Technology Group (TMTG) – is working on a new streaming service dubbed TMTG+, which will focus on providing “non-woke” content, a new SEC filing showed on Friday.

In addition to TMTG’s new social media platform TruthSocial, Trump’s media company “intends to develop a subscription-based digital streaming service, TMTG+,” the document showed.

The company said TMTG+ will be similar to Netflix and Disney+, but will “produce or acquire entertainment simply for entertainment’s sake.”

“TMTG’s programming will thus provide a non-woke alternative to the programs offered by streaming services that operate in an increasingly politicized environment. TMTG will not censor the creators of entertainment for TMTG+, nor will it insist that its programming push some particular political ideology,” the filing stated.

Specifically, the streaming service will provide programming that is “non-woke.”

“TMTG+ intends to offer programs including, but not limited to, blue collar comedy, cancelled shows, Trump-specific programming, faith-based shows, family entertainment, shows that embrace the Second Amendment, and news,” it continued. “TMTG intends to license, produce, and deliver news, sports, and non-woke entertainment content through this platform.”

The filing said TMTG+ will “provide a platform for conservative and/or libertarian views,” as well as “otherwise cancelled content from other broadcast television and/or digital streaming platforms.”

“Particularly, President Trump has stated that TMTG will stand up to ‘cancel culture’ and the ‘self-righteous scolds,’” the document stated, adding that TMTG “seeks to foster a broad and engaged user community” that encourages “high-profile individuals and entities” to “freely express their views to broad audiences without the fear of being censored or cancelled for any unpopular or non-woke opinions.”

Trump’s media company argued that businesses are coming under “increasing pressure to silence, disavow, and stop offering services to certain customers,” which will continue to create “opportunities for ‘non-woke’ alternatives [that] will continue to expand across numerous sectors.”

“TMTG believes that there is an acute need for quality programming that does not lecture its viewers or only present one ‘acceptable’ approach to a topic,” the filing said. “Entertainers and creators have frequently been agents for change in our society. Large media conglomerates become increasingly monolithic in their views, cancelling those who disagree with the prevailing narrative. TMTG believes that embracing diverse perspectives will differentiate TMTG+ in the current crowded media and entertainment marketplace.”

Last month, former President Trump officially announced his return to social media on TruthSocial, posting, “I’M BACK! #COVFEFE.’”
