A panicked Queens mom yanked her 5-year-old son from a stranger’s car during a harrowing caught-on-camera attempted kidnapping, officials said Friday.

The child was running ahead of his mother on Hillside Ave. near Myrtle Ave. in Kew Gardens around 8 p.m. Thursday when a man in his 30s ran over and grabbed the tot, officials said.

The man picked up the child and ran over to a maroon four-door sedan parked nearby, the video showed. He was seen throwing the child in the back seat while a man in his 50s sat in the passenger seat.

The 45-year-old mom ran over to the passenger side and managed to pull her child out of the car through the open passenger window as the vehicle sped off.

The boy was not harmed, officials said.

The mother told police that she had never seen the two men before and did not know why they would target her child.

Police sources said that the two men had been idling on Hillside Ave. for some time and even went into a nearby bodega to buy something before their child-snatching attempt.

Cops released the surveillance video in the hopes that someone recognizes the two men.

One of the suspects was described as a dark-skinned man in his 30s wearing a white T-shirt, grey shorts and dark-colored sneakers. The second man was light skinned and in his mid-50s with glasses. He was wearing an orange shirt, blue jeans and black shoes at the time of the attempted kidnapping.

Anyone with information regarding this incident is urged to call NYPD Crime Stoppers at (800) 577-TIPS.
