Many restaurants and stores are closed Friday and will close early on New Year’s Eve Thursday. Destiny USA, Syracuse’s biggest mall, said it would close at 6 p.m. Thursday and be open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday.

Yes, yes and yes. Walmart, Target and Wegmans will be open on Friday with regular hours in most locations.
