A video featuring an elderly woman firing an AK-47 rifle made the rounds on social media over Thanksgiving weekend and has now gone viral.
The 10-second video shows the elderly woman shoulder-firing the popular AK-47 rifle with minimal effort. The footage was originally uploaded by Instagram user @atuck15_ but was reposted by the National Rifle Association, Barstool Sports and others.

“Grandma isn’t getting run over by any reindeer this year,” NRA’s caption said.
The woman fired 11 shots before pausing briefly to reinforce her shooting stance, before resuming firing.
Cheers are audible from those standing behind her, some of whom are holding their own firearms, as the woman shoots.
