As President Trump and Joe Biden went head-to-head in their final presidential debate, Boston, Mass. experienced a mass blackout on Thursday night and nobody knows why.
Residents took to social media, posting photos of blackened skyscrapers and other buildings in the city. The outage began sometime after 10 p.m. EST, and began coming back on around 10:48 p.m.
