Have you ever wondered what Thanksgiving meals are like for the men and women in the military? Well, depending on what branch they are serving in, some spreads might be nicer than others. YouTuber Yusha Thomas made a hilarious parody of what some dinners are like for the Army, Marines, Air Force, and Navy.

See what each branch serves up in the video below:

For those serving in the Army, the DFAC, or dining facility, can be pretty rough. The chow hall keeps things simple with the bare basics spread out on a tray. Looking for those holiday comfort foods like ham or mac and cheese? You certainly won’t find it here.

“The pre-mad tray? Cool, gotcha, here you go,” a woman behind the camera can be heard saying as she hands Thomas the rather unappetizing selection of food.

For Marines deployed overseas, Thomas insinuates that they might be a little too busy to sit down and enjoy a meal. Pretending to be in an intense battle,  Thomas gets handed some crayons while he mows down the enemy. A running joke between branches, Marines eat crayons as a better choice than their MREs – and it also serves as a jab at their intelligence.

Those in the Air Force seems to have a much better Thanksgiving meal experience. Thomas, sitting at a well-placed table, candles and all, is handed a fancy wooden menu where the selection is etched in.

“If you are unhappy with your surrounding, please let me know and I’ll have someone come and fix anything you’re unhappy with,” a woman serving Thomas says.

“All that we have is the streak with the creamed corn hash, is that going to be good enough for you sir?”

Thomas jokingly nods his head in surprise. “Absolutely, yes ma’am!” he says with joy.
