American Military News Acquires Select Rosemont 41 Publishing Assets to Expand News, e-Commerce, e-Learning Network
Falls Church, VA, October 5, 2020 – American Military News (“AMN”), one of the world’s most-read military and foreign affairs news agencies has acquired select publishing assets from Rosemont 41 Publishing. These assets will expand AMN’s network reaching millions of more people each month as well as bolster AMN’s e-commerce and e-learning ventures.
Rosemont 41 is a publishing company most well-known for its culture news website Tribunist.com. As the company shifts its focus to e-commerce and consulting endeavors, while continuing to retain the Tribunist website and domain, this transaction ensures that some of its other high quality publishing assets will continue to provide an even higher standard of news and reporting.
“American Military News is excited about this expansion,” said Kellen Giuda, founder, owner and CEO of American Military News. “It is another great addition to other publishing assets we’ve acquired from various publishers over the last five years to meet the needs of new and existing readers.”
American Military News was founded in 2015 and has reached 100 million unique readers since, including millions of readers each month. AMN’s mission is to provide the American public factual, straightforward and accurate news on issues related to the U.S. military, global foreign affairs, current events and cultural topics. AMN has earned a perfect news media watchdog rating from NewsGuard and a “Least Biased” rating from watchdog Media Bias/Fact Check.
