It could’ve been a grisly scene.
A bear wearing a box on its head somehow managed to climb a communications tower at a Turkish military base Monday, Russian news outlet Moscow 24 reported.
Despite the bear’s apparent confusion in the video, it climbed down safely and did not injure itself or any people on the base, according to Moscow 24.

Authorities speculated that with its vision impaired by the box, the bear mistook the tower for a tree. It’s unknown how the box-wearing bear sneaked into the secure facility.
One could say it bear-ly made it out alive.
