President Donald Trump is expected to announce a new campaign pledge to invest $500 billion in to black communities in America on Friday. According to a copy of the campaign plan, obtained by Fox News, the plan will also prosecute the KKK and Antifa as terrorist organizations and make lynching a “national hate crime.”

The preview of the plan lays out a four-part proposal to benefit the black with: Black economic empowerment and access to capital, more education opportunities, better and cheaper healthcare and safety and justice. Under a portion of the safety and justice section of the plan, titled “Prosperous Black Communities,” is a bullet-point describing the plan to “Prosecute the KKK and ANTIFA as terrorist organizations and make lynching a national hate crime.”

According to Trump’s campaign, the effort, known as the “Platinum Plan” lays out numerous other proposals for black communities. According to Fox, the plan will increase add nearly $500 billion in access to capital in black communities. The copy of the plan also states a goal to create 500,000 new black-owned businesses and to add 3 million new jobs for the black community over the next four years. The plan describes further goals to benefit black communities with expanded job programs and additional tax cuts for black-owned businesses “to stimulate hiring and investment.”

Trump, in May, suggested labeling Antifa as a terrorist organization, after the movement was believed to have been involved in widespread civil unrest following the death of George Floyd, in Minneapolis police custody.

Trump’s proposed plan is to prosecute Antifa alongside the KKK as terror groups. The Department of Homeland Security has been preparing reports in recent weeks that are expected to label white supremacist groups as the “most persistent and lethal terror threat” in the U.S.

They made you big promises before every election—and then the moment they got to Washington, they abandoned you and sold you out,” the president is expected to say Friday, according to remarks exclusively obtained by Fox News. “The Democrats will always take Black voters for granted until large numbers of Black Americans vote Republican.”

Trump is also expected to say “At no time before has there been a clearer choice between two parties, two visions, two philosophies, and two agendas for the future.”
