A Pegasus Airlines plane overran the runway and crashed at the Sabiha Gokcen airport in Istanbul, Turkey on Wednesday.
Video posted to social media showed the plane on fire.

Another video showed the plane split into two to three pieces in a grassy area adjacent to the runway after the fire was extinguished.
Turkish Transport Minister Cahit Turhan told Reuters that 177 passengers were on board the plane, along with six crew members.
Turhan said that some were injured, but no fatalities were reported.
Emergency crews worked quickly to evacuate the passengers and lead them to safety.
