Several injuries and deaths have been reported amid a shooting incident at the MillerCoors complex in Milwaukee, Wis.
Update: 8:00 p.m. CST – Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett confirmed to the Associated Press that five victims were killed, in addition to the suspect, who took his own life. All six were employees of the brewing company.
“There were five individuals who went to work today, just like everybody goes to work, and they thought they were going to go to work, finish their day and return to their families. They didn’t — and tragically they never will,” Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett said.

Video from the scene showed a heavy police presence throughout the day.
Milwaukee Police confirmed the scene was active at 2:48 p.m. CST, calling it a “critical incident” under investigation.

Previously, multiple reports claimed between six to eight people injured, though no confirmation or injuries or deaths have been released by officials.

Police cordoned off surrounding streets and asked the public to stay away from the area.
