Sean Spicer didn’t walk away with the Mirrorball trophy as the winner of the 28th season of “Dancing with the Stars” but he’s favored by the Academy.

The Naval Academy, that is.

President Trump’s former press secretary was sworn into the Naval Academy on Monday during a board meeting in Annapolis, Maryland.

The board, which includes members of Congress, reviews the state of morale and discipline at the academy, physical equipment and its curriculum and fiscal affairs.

Spicer is no slouch when it comes to his military background.

A Navy reservist, he currently holds the rank of commander and has a master’s degree in national security and strategic studies from the Naval War College in Rhode Island.

Trump announced he was nominating Spicer to serve on the board in July. The board consists of 15 members, six appointed by the president.

The group meets three times annually and delivers a written report of their findings to the president once a year.
