The driver of a black Mercedes-Benz SUV was arrested Thursday morning after trying to tail another vehicle into the White House grounds, according to news reports.
“The situation sparked a response by Secret Service agents and the Explosive Ordinance Disposal unit from the DC police department,” FOX 5 DC reported.
The Secret Service said the Mercedes was unauthorized and were searching the SUV.
Several roads around the White House were closed.
