Two people, including a U.S. Marine Corps member, were arrested over the weekend and accused of distributing drugs to military members and civilians in North Carolina.

Andrew Christian Gray, 23, was taken into custody at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune in Jacksonville Sunday and charged with felony trafficking of LSD by sale, delivery, manufacturing and possession, according to the Onslow County Sheriff’s Office. He is being held on a $404,000 secured bond.

Allison Alexia Seely, 19, was arrested at her home in Raintree Circle, Jacksonville, and charged with felony trafficking in LSD by sale, delivery, manufacturing and possession, as well as two counts each of felony conspiracy to traffic LSD, sale of Schedule 1 controlled substance, conspiracy to deliver a Schedule 1 controlled substance and felony sale of a Schedule 1 controlled substance. She is being held on a $452,000 secured bond.

It’s unclear how Gray and Seely knew each other or the extent of their operation. They were arrested as part of a two-month-long joint investigation with the Naval Criminal Investigative Service, the sheriff’s office said.
