President Trump spent yet another day tweeting and retweeting various grievances Sunday and arrived at a new idea: extending his first term to six years to make up for lost time apparently incurred because of former special counsel Robert Mueller’s nearly two-year investigation.
Trump initially retweeted the idea which was first floated by Evangelical university administrator Jerry Falwell Jr.
After the best week ever for @realDonaldTrump – no obstruction, no collusion, NYT admits @BarackObama did spy on his campaign, & the economy is soaring. I now support reparations-Trump should have 2 yrs added to his 1st term as pay back for time stolen by this corrupt failed coup

“I now support reparations – Trump should have two years added to his first term as pay back for time stolen by this corrupt failed coup,” Falwell wrote.
Mueller’s investigation led to dozens of indictments, including Trump’s 2016 campaign manager Paul Manafort and Trump’s personal attorney Michael Cohen.
Trump doubled down on the retweet by saying two years of his presidency had been stolen.
The 2020 election is in 547 days.
