Chelsea Manning is being sent to jail again, just a week after she was released.

The former Army intelligence officer has refused to testify before a grand jury about WikiLeaks and founder Julian Assange, which put her behind bars for two months in early March.

Manning has routinely insisted that she will never cooperate with a grand jury, regardless of any punishment.

As well as her imprisonment, Manning will also be fined $500 a day after 30 days and $1,000 a day after 60 days, U.S. District Judge Anthony Trenga ruled Thursday, according to BuzzFeed News.

Manning, who served seven years behind bars for espionage for leaking classified information, including a video of an American helicopter shooting at Iraqi citizens, before having her sentence commuted by former President Barack Obama, has been tied to WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange’s recent arrest on April 11 at the Ecuadorian Embassy in London.

Prosecutors claim that Assange conspired with Manning to gain access to classified information from Department of Defense computers in 2010.

Manning was released from the William G. Truesdale Adult Detention Center last Thursday after 62 days behind bars due to a technicality as the grand jury’s term expired.
