UPDATE, 4:00 p.m. EST: The plane successfully landed at Orange County airport in New York after blowing two tires during takeoff in New Jersey.
It burned fuel for five hours after landing at 3:50 p.m. The plane had taken off at 10:50 a.m.

The plane had left New Jersey’s Teterboro Airport airport around 11 a.m. Tuesday morning and blew two tires during takeoff. It was attempting to land for several hours.
The plane was at one point heading to Westfield-Barnes Regional Airport in Westfield, Mass., to attempt an emergency landing, according to the Associated Press.

The pilot detected that the tires had been blown and started circling the airport, the AP said. The plane’s original destination was London Luton Airport in Luton, England.

There were reportedly 16 passengers on the plane, including rapper Post Malone, TMZ reported.
The aircraft has left the hold and is now on an extended final approach for SWF. This is a typical approach for SWF arrivals.
