Three U.S. Marines were stabbed early Saturday morning while trying to break up a fight between three other people in a San Clemente bar parking lot.
The unidentified Marines, ages 21 and 23, were taken to a nearby hospital and treated for non-life-threatening injuries.

The Orange County Sheriff’s Department said an incident broke out outside a bar around 1 a.m., and when the Marines tried to break up a fight between three individuals – two men and a woman – one pulled a knife and stabbed them, KTLA5 reported.
Three suspects were taken into custody at the hospital.
The assailant was identified as Alexis Moreno-Aguirre, 24, and he was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder.
The identities of the other two suspects were not released.
