July 29, 2018

The July 27th MLB baseball game between the Houston Astros and the Texas Rangers was, to the apparent glee of the fans, interrupted by Marine veteran Chris Blanco streaking across the field.

Blanco, the owner of brand Freedom Hard which makes coffee and apparel, streaked across the field in nothing but American flag underwear and shoes.

Freedom Hard posted one of the photos on their Facebook page as he made two security guards collide which you can watch in the video posted below.

Blanco also put out a statement on social media.

Blanco said, “Friday was one heck of a cool day. Went to a baseball game with some friends and ended up showing a couple people how much of a patriotic psycho I am.

Of course, I like to show that patriotism on the biggest stages possible because, well…. patriotism is very important. In the process of me trying to build up the courage to “pull the trigger” I made a joke about raising money for bail money.

A GoFundMe account was made for people to help ‘bail me out of jail’ and I can assure you one thing… I will definitely not be accepting these funds to be used to pay for my patriotic shenanigans…

Instead, I’ve elected to have 100% of these funds raised to benefit a great organization, Camp4Heroes, Inc.. Not a penny will come to me…

Please check this great organization out because they are doing wonderful things in the community… We will probably close out the page in the coming days.

Lets make an impact!”

Blanco is known for his intense patriotism and has a following in the veteran community.

Freedom Hard also has a history of giving to non-profit organizations.

Here are a few videos of Blanco’s run at Minute Maid Park where he eludes security officers, makes them fall and collide.

He clearly had a lot of fun building publicity for his brand while putting the focus on his non-profit work.

The pictures and videos flew across social media.
