Video of an off-duty FBI agent dancing at a nightclub in Denver has gone viral after his firearm came unholstered while he did a backflip, and then he accidentally discharged the gun while picking it up and hit a bar patron in the leg, police said.

Police responded to Mile High Spirits Distillery and Tasting Bar around 12:45 a.m. on Saturday following the accidental discharge that hit a man in the leg. The man was taken to a nearby hospital in “good” condition, and he did not have any life-threatening injuries, ABC News reported.

The unnamed FBI agent can be seen on video dancing at the nightclub and performing a backflip.

During the maneuver, the firearm falls to the ground out of its holster, which was behind the man’s back.

While then picking it up, the agent accidentally discharges the gun and hits a man in the leg.

The agent was taken to Denver police headquarters and was released to an FBI supervisor.

“The incident is being investigated by the Denver Police Homicide Unit and charges will be determined by the Denver District Attorney’s Office,” the Denver Police Department said in a statement.
