At roughly 2:30am EST Sunday morning, 20 people were injured and one suspect killed at the popular Trenton, New Jersey annual art festival ‘Art All Night.’
Four of the victims are in critical condition.
The shooting took place at Trenton’s 2018 Art All Night Event at the Historic Roebling Wire Works building.

Mercer County Prosecutor Angelo J. Onofri held a news conference confirming 20 people were injured and that the investigation is ongoing.
“It’s a massive crime scene,” Onofri said.
A second suspect is also in custody.
Franco Roberts, a witness told The Trentonian that there was a fight before the gunfire started.
“There’s usually a lot of noise and a lot of music but there was none of that. Someone told us they were shutting down the whole building. Then we turned around and saw people squaring up to fight.”
“I saw two punches and then heard several gunshots,” Roberts continued.
“Everybody ran toward the door and the people fighting got mixed with the crowd that was running and they went out the door shooting.”

Art All Night-Trenton is a 24-hour long arts extravaganza occurring annually on the 3rd weekend in June. AAN encourages any artist of any age, medium or skill level to submit one piece of art of their own creation for display in a gallery-like setting. It is free to submit art and free to attend. At Art All Night-Trenton 2011 over 900 artists of all ages, skill levels and mediums submitted work and more than 13,000 people attended. AAN 2013 saw an even larger surge in attendance when 30,000 people walked into our amazing space to witness almost over 1,000 pieces of artwork on display, 50+ bands on three stages and a host of interactive events and a world food court!
Art All Night-Trenton is a catalyst for community development, shining a spotlight on our region’s artistic talent. The show includes and attracts artists of all ages and skill levels and particularly encourages children and amateur artists to be actively involved by contributing artwork and engaging in on site activities.
