An Atlanta man came to the rescue of a pregnant pizza delivery driver, who was being assaulted by three males during a delivery, when he pulled out his own gun and told them to “drop the gun or I’ll drop you!”
Police said the woman was making a delivery when she was approached by three males.
According to the victim, one of the males had a handgun and began to “strike her with it and demanded the keys to her vehicle,” Atlanta police spokesman Officer Jarius Daugherty said, the Independent Journal Review reported.
The woman bolted, but the suspects caught up to her and continued striking her.

Dennis Madaris heard the woman’s cries for help and went outside with his own firearm.
“One of them turned around, and he had the gun in his hand. And I told him, ‘Drop the gun or I’ll drop you!’ And they threw the gun down, and all three of them took off,” Madaris said.
Two of the assailants are in custody, a male and a female, both 16 years old.
They face multiple charges related to the incident, including criminal attempt to commit robbery, aggravated assault and obstruction of officers.
The male faces additional charges, including possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony and possession of a controlled substance.
Another female pizza delivery driver was called to the same area just 11 days before this attack and was lured into an abandoned house by a 9-year-old boy.
Her car was stolen at gunpoint and those suspects are still at large.
