A Delta aircraft from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport made an emergency landing around 6:00 p.m. at the airport after smoke was seen coming from its engines, Fox5 Atlanta reported.
Delta Flight 30 made an emergency landing shortly after takeoff while on its way to London. The incident occurred less than a half hour into the flight.

Smoke could be seen pouring from the aircraft as fire crews responded to the scene to put it out.
The Atlanta airport said that no injuries were reported and the incident had a minimal impact on operations.
The incident comes just one day after a Southwest Airlines plane had to make an emergency landing in Philadelphia after one of its engines blew out and killed a passenger on board.
