A Planet Fitness gym in Michigan was evacuated Sunday after a customer noticed a WiFi network named “remote detonator.”
A customer at Planet Fitness in Saginaw Township was searching for a WiFi connection on Sunday when they saw one named “remote detonator.”
The customer notified the manager, who followed Planet Fitness company protocol and evacuated the gym, WRIC reported.
The manager then notified police, according to Saginaw Township Police Chief Donald Pussehl.
Police and a bomb-sniffing dog were on the scene while an investigation was underway, lasting about three hours.
The investigation revealed no foul play, the Saginaw News reported.
No charges are expected to be filed since there was “no crime or threat,” Chief Pussehl added.
