UPDATE, 1:15 p.m. EST: The City of Mt. Pleasant has released a photo of the wanted shooting suspect, 19-year-old James Eric Davis, Jr.
Davis Jr. is a black male who was last seen wearing mustard yellow jeans and a blue hoodie, the city said. He is believed to be armed and dangerous.
The person of interest is James Eric Davis, Jr. He is a black male, approximately 19 years of age, 5’10” & 135 lbs. He was last see wearing mustard yellow jeans and a blue hoodie. UPDATE, 11:02 a.m. EST: Police said the two people who were shot at Central Michigan University Friday morning are now dead; they were not students.
The shooting allegedly stemmed from a domestic situation, police say.

The suspect has also been identified as James Eric Davis, Jr., a 19-year-old black male who is wearing mustard yellow jeans and a blue hoodie, police say.

A suspect is allegedly still at large after there were reports of shots fired on campus at Central Michigan University.
There has been a report of shots fired at Campbell Hall on campus. Suspect is still at large, police advise all to take shelter. If you see something suspicious, call 911.
