We are diligently working on the solution and should have it soon.
We know there’s a bug on the Android app that shows a blank screen when you click on the alerts that has been affecting Android users only the past day or two.
Apps are more complicated than websites so typically App fixes take a little bit longer. Websites are easy to fix and most anything can be fixed within a few minutes to one hour and apps 18-48 hours.
