Rep. Mimi Walters (R-California) invited local California veterans to share their stories of service in honor of Veterans Day.
The stories and photos that are collected from veterans from California’s 45th district will be shared on Walters’ Facebook, Twitter and Instagram accounts throughout the month of December.

“Orange County is blessed to be home to some of the bravest men and women to ever wear our country’s uniform, and it is a true honor to represent many of them in Congress,” Walters said in a statement. “As we remember the sacrifice of these American heroes this Veterans Day, it is important for us all to hear their stories and thank them for their service.”
“Please join me in honoring our local veterans by helping me to share their photos and stories with the grateful residents of Orange County,” she added.
