Russian President Vladimir Putin launched four ballistic missiles on Thursday, according to the Kremlin, multiple sources have reported.

It was reported that Putin “personally” launched the missiles and oversaw the drills, presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.

The exercises are routine and not performed because of any “international events,” Peskov told reporters, Bloomberg reported.
